Raised in Southwest London within the rich blend of Grenadian and British heritage, I have always been surrounded by culture, colour, and creativity. After completing my teacher training in 1999, I dedicated over two decades to education before stepping away in 2022. What I first thought was simple burnout became a longer healing journey, and in 2023. A turning point came when my sister Angela surprised me with a drawing workshop, gently reigniting a creative passion I had set aside for years. From there, I returned to painting and welcomed new explorations in clay and wire sculpture, beginning a journey to discover my own artistic voice. Quietly reconnecting with myself.

My seascapes and nature-inspired wirework and pottery reflect moments of stillness at home and abroad. Today, through my art company Cre8Shed, bringing my creative and educational experience together to nurture, community, wellbeing, art and a love of making.
